We are pleased to announce the establishment of FEC International & Co Ltd a subsidiary of FEC International Ltd.
The subsidiary is based in Cyprus, operating from the company’s head offices, and will be handling all ongoing and future projects dealt through Cyprus.
Armen Ayvazian CEng, Partner in FEC International & Co Ltd, has been appointed the company’s manager.
We are pleased to announce the signing of a new agency agreement with GHRDC in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
For over 15 years, we maintained a mutually beneficial working relationship with GHRDC, culminating in numerous projects executed throughout the UAE.
We look forward to working with GHRDC team to provide fire engineering and consultancy services throughout the UAE.

In keeping with our recognition that our greatest asset is our human resources; we are very pleased to announce the introduction of the employee redeemable share scheme.
The purpose of this scheme is to retain the best employees in the Company and to motivate them in achieving high performance by the goal congruence between the corporate objectives and the personal objectives of the employees.
In recognition of their efforts and contribution to the company's growth, Mark Finn & Costas Karkas, two senior and long serving members of the company have now become shareholders.
The company plans for other long serving members to be part of the scheme in the near future with a total employee share scheme accounting for 25 % of the company’s shares.

I am proud to announce that we have crossed another milestone in the history of our company, as we celebrate 10 years of presence in Saudi Arabia.
I still remember the day in June 2007, when an engineer from TACAA in KSA named Masoud Al Qahtani called asking if we would be interested to work with them to conduct Fire Risk Assessments for SEC (SCECO as it was known then) in the eastern province.
It was the start of a partnership that culminated in FEC International and Partner for Engineering Consultancy being registered and licenced in Saudi Arabia by the Saudi Council Engineers, specialising in the field of Fire Safety Engineering, with a mission to provide expertise, promote awareness, and contribute to the professional development of engineers and practitioners in Saudi Arabia.
What began as a small office with a single employee, the Company has now expanded to over 30 employees with 3 offices located in Al Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, and is approved by the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) as an Approved Fire Protection Consultant Company, and the KSA Civil Defence Fire as a Consulting Engineering Office for Prevention and Fire Protection.
Over the last ten years we have established a proven track record in delivering Fire Engineering, Safety, and Emergency Management services on over 350 projects throughout Saudi Arabia to our Clients and Partners including SABIC, MA'ADEN, SEC, SWCC, Saudi Aramco, Cristal, Marafiq, STC, Tasnee, HILTON as well as to a host of international engineering companies active in KSA (Fluor, Wood Group, Atkins, Hanawa, Chiyoda, Jacobs, HQCEC, L&T, Abengoa, CTCI, ILFTecon, PanAsia, Technip, ENPI) to name a few.

Following the change of ownership in July 2017, we would like to inform you that as of December 14 the company’s name has been officially changed to FEC International Ltd.
This name change is the final step in ending our association with our former partner, allowing us to create and launch our own independent identity with the vision to diversify & expand our services and enhance our global presence.
Rebranding has been implemented with a new logo and a fresh style, in line with the company’s identity & vision.

We are pleased to announce that we have expanded to open a new branch office located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
With this new branch office, we will be able to better service the needs of our clients in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia on both existing and new projects, and ensuring close coordination with the applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), for the continued promotion of Life and Fire Safety throughout Saudi Arabia.
The Riyadh office team will be fully supported by the company’s Saudi Arabia main office in Al Khobar.

We wish to announce that as of July 24th 2017, Souren Dakessian has acquired 100 % ownership of the company.
The company retains all of its managerial and technical resources comprising of 30 graduate fire, mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical & safety engineers, architects, emergency responders, and systems experts; and continues its role as an independent consultancy specializing in fire engineering, technical safety, and emergency management, rendering services to a host of local, regional, and international clientèle located in the Middle East, Far East, Africa, CIS, and the Caribbean.
As part of the company’s strategic plan for growth, we are pleased to announce the establishment of our Jeddah Branch in August 2017, to serve clients in the Western Province of Saudi Arabia, and the upcoming Bahrain Regional Office in 2018.
