The company has been appointed by the Leptos Group in joint venture with D.Zavos Group as project Life & Fire Safety Consultant for the new residential complex they are developing.
The Del Mar project is located on the Limassol beach and offers exclusive seafront living in a cosmopolitan location.
The project covers 34,000 m2 area, 170 meters long sea frontage and offers 5-star hotel-style services. It comprises of a common podium and two residential towers of 17 and 27 levels.
